1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pak635 ("pak635", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at pak635.net ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pak635 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on pak635, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.

4 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the pak635 Platform. Opening multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying pak635 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

pak635 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

pak635 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that refusal.

5 Deposits & Payments

All Account transactions on pak635 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits are processed through the payment methods made available on the Platform, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period, as published on the deposit page of the Platform. These limits may vary by payment method.
• pak635 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of pak635.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time or within a few minutes. In the event of a technical delay, please contact support before attempting a second deposit to avoid duplication.
• pak635 reserves the right to reject or reverse a deposit if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before your first withdrawal can be processed. Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the Account, or to a verified bank account in the Account holder's name.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before withdrawal of the associated bonus-derived winnings.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and are published on the withdrawal page of the Platform.
• pak635 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of submission for verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or in cases where additional verification is required.
• pak635 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request if there are grounds to conduct additional due diligence.

All withdrawal requests are final once processed. If you believe an error has occurred in connection with a withdrawal, you must notify pak635 within 48 hours of the transaction date by contacting our support team.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

pak635 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to new and existing Users from time to time. All such promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonus offers are available only to eligible Users as defined in the specific promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met by placing qualifying bets at minimum odds of 1.70 (decimal) or higher. Bets placed on restricted markets or using certain bet types may not contribute toward wagering requirements.
• Time limits apply to all bonuses. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the applicable time period will be forfeited automatically.
• pak635 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a User's eligibility for a promotion if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash directly. Only winnings derived from bonus funds, after wagering requirements have been satisfied, are eligible for withdrawal.

8 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on pak635 are subject to the following general betting rules, which apply across all markets unless superseded by sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform:

• A bet is considered accepted and binding only once a bet confirmation reference number has been issued by the Platform and displayed to the User.
• Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to the settled wager.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules for that sport, as published on the Platform.
• pak635 reserves the right to void, suspend, or delay settlement of any bet where there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation, data error, or technical malfunction.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are published in the Platform's betting rules section and may be updated periodically.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the prevailing in-play rules. pak635 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.

9 Casino Rules

The pak635 Casino section, accessible at /pak635-casino, is governed by these Terms alongside the individual game rules provided by each game provider. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a game provider's rules, these Terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

• All casino games offered on pak635 use certified random number generators (RNG) or real-time live dealer feeds. Game outcomes are determined independently of pak635's systems.
• Each game has a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage which represents the theoretical long-term expected return to players. RTP figures are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

10 Prohibited Conduct

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the pak635 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, interface design, software, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of pak635 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, publish, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform without prior written authorisation from pak635.

pak635's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
